The MCC Robotics Teams Ages 6 – 16

Welcome to our exciting Summer Robotics Camp! We’re offering four unique camps each month, Monday through Thursday, with each session focused on a different theme. Whether your child is a beginner eager to learn the basics or an advanced enthusiast ready to dive into programming, building, and design, there’s something for everyone. Join us for a fun, educational journey into the world of robotics! 

Age Groups & Curriculum

Group 1: Ages 6–9 (Explorers)

• Introduction to robotics
 • Basic block-based coding (Scratch/LEGO)
 • Team-building games and activities
 • Hands-on creative projects with LEGO Spike kits

Group 2: Ages 9–12 (Innovators)

• Advanced block coding or early Python
 • Real-world challenges using LEGO Spike Prime or EV3
 • Sensors and automation
 • Team competitions and logic-based projects

Group 3: Ages 12+ (Engineers)

• Java programming and robotics control
 • 3D Design using TinkerCAD/Fusion 360
 • Building robots using FTC kits
 • Concepts in motors, sensors, and physics
 • Team-based robot challenges and mock competition

• Group 2: Ages 9–12 (Innovators) June 9- June 12 ($200.00)
