MCA Youth: Sisters Self-Defense Program
Build confidence, strength, and self-defense skills in a safe, supportive space just for sisters ages 18–40. Join us bi-weekly on Saturdays for hands-on training that empowers you to protect yourself and others.
Dates: Bi- Weekly Saturdays, May 31, June 14, 28, July 12, July 26, August 9th
